Video Conferencing
Video Conferencing is when two or more locations communicate in real-time by using simultaneous video and audio transmission. This type of conferencing is also known as Video Teleconferencing (VTC). Video Conferencing typically utilizes dedicated equipment in an office or conference room. Video Conferencing can be performed with multiple locations though a Video Conference/VTC bridge. This can provide a cost effective means to host high-quality meetings.

WebEx for Telepresence Overview | |||
Video Conference systems can join WebEx Meeting Center Conferences. Using a Video Conference system in a WebEx allows you to take advantage of your conference room’s existing audio and video equipment. For example, your conference room may have a large overhead projector, a wall mounted video camera, and/or a microphone system. These conference room features can be used in your WebEx meeting for a more immersive experience. You will be able to use your Video Conference system with remote collaborators; the only requirement is a computer and high speed internet connection. WebEx For Video Conference Meetings can be scheduled anytime through the Outlook Plugin. |
